Description
Beta-Cyfluthrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide used to control a wide variety of pests including ants, mosquitoes, beetles, moths, and caterpillars. It is one of the active isomers of cyfluthrin, and like other pyrethroids, it works by targeting the nervous system of insects. Specifically, beta-cyfluthrin disrupts sodium channels in the insect's nerves, preventing the channels from closing and causing continuous nerve signaling, leading to paralysis and death of the insect.
