Methyl Rotstop (also known as Likujun or Likumie) is a systemic broad-spectrum fungicide. Available formulations include 50% wettable powder (WP), 5%, 10%, and 20% dust, 20% emulsifiable concentrate (EC), and 25% suspension concentrate (SC). It is classified as low toxicity with a shelf life of 2 years.
Primarily used to control soil-borne diseases, it acts as a protective agent. It has strong adsorption properties, making it less prone to leaching, and offers a long residual effect. Its systemic action makes it effective against a wide range of fungal pathogens.
Applications include controlling damping-off, wilt, sclerotinia rot, root rot, black root disease of crucifers, and brown rot in vegetables. It is specifically suitable for vegetable crops, with a safety interval of 10 days.
